    Acupuncture

    We focus our Acupuncture treatments on treating your body, mind and spirit. We tailor each treatment to focus on your immediate concerns as well as your overall health. Depending on your condition and complaints, each Acupuncture treatment can vary from one session to the next.

  • Cupping

    The art of Cupping promotes muscle relaxation, improves blood circulation, and enhances mobility. It can be used as a standalone treatment or as a supplementary method to your Acupuncture treatment. Cupping is excellent for musculoskeletal conditions as well as, relaxing a wired and tired body and mind.

    Moxibustion

    Moxibustion ( ArtemisiaVulgaris) is a wonderful herbal remedy that supports your Acupuncture treatment. It is used both as an adjunctive and or sole method of treatment. We use it for all kinds of complaints, from strengthening immune systems, fertility complaints, and chronic pain conditions to digestive concerns.

    Herbal Therapy

    Chinese Herbal Medicine has been shown to be effective for internal conditions such as sleeping disorders, digestive complaints, gynecological concerns, as well as mental emotional disturbances. Herbal therapy is most beneficial when taken consistently and for a specific duration of time. We tailor all you herbal remedies to fit you complaints and change them as your condition requires.

    Harmonizing Sound

    The use of Crystal Singing Bowls, Voice, and other calming musical instruments helps calm and relax the nervous system, allowing the body to shift from a ‘fight and flight response’ to a more ‘rest and digest’ response. The use of sound as a healing modality is especially useful for Mental/Emotional conditions as well for general well being.

  • I believe that healing is comprised of three parts: you, me and divine intelligence. As such when working together, my task as a healing facilitator is to listen, observe and suggest.

    I offer suggestions to your body’s intelligence and guide it to its own optimal functionality.

    My intention is to stay sufficiently open to connect with your body’s wisdom and the divine that facilitates healing on both a physical and spiritual level.

    In my experience all physical ailments have a corresponding energetic element.

  • On a practical level, this approach includes: conducting a thorough initial intake, listening, observing, palpating, pulse reading, tongue reading and intuitive assessments. All this information allows me to understand your initial complaints and how to address them.

  • Based on the information provided, we will discuss your treatment and follow-up care with you. Our treatment application is based on our learned knowledge and also intuitive understanding. We aim to provide a holistic and balanced care.
