From Burnout to softness

A workshop for women who are tired of holding it all

There's a kind of exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix.

The kind that comes from holding everything together.
From being the reliable one.
From performing, even when you're tired.

At some point, something in you stops cooperating.
Not because you've failed.
Because your body can't keep living this way.

What Softness Is

It is an invitation to PAUSE.

To stop holding everything together for a moment

To soften the grip

To listen to what’s underneath the exhaustion

This is NOT a workshop about fixing burnout

It is a space to LET YOUR BODY EXHALE

the core shift

an invitation to remember

From Guarding to Allowing

Where are you still holding everything together?

Permission to feel what it costs to keep guarding.

Permission to Imagine and Feel what becomes possible when you begin to allow.

What you will experience

This is a small, intimate space designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself.

We will move through:

Gentle arrival and grounding

Movement. Slow, permission-based, non-performative

Rest & Integration

A Short Pause. Tea, stretching, quiet connection

A Guided Sharing Circle. You are always free to pass.

A simple Closing. Anchoring what arrived.

No pressure to perform

No expectation to share beyond what feels right

Who this is for

This Space Is For You If:

-You are tired of holding everything together

-You feel the weight of always being “on” or “reliable”

-You are running on empty. Or already past it

-You long for a space where you don’t have to perform

You don’t need to have the words

You don’t need to be ready

Just a willingness to arrive as you are
