From Burnout to softness

A 3-hour somatic workshop in Lausanne for women who feel exhausted from holding everything together, and are ready to put it down.

Sunday, 17 May

11 - 14

Reste un Peu

FROM THE ROOM

“Time in Vallerie's practice will give you moments of true nourishment - all of my senses were both fed and inspired. I felt as though I had come back to myself.

The sound bath with Vallerie was an out-of-this-world experience. I left her practice feeling like I was floating on air: never have I felt so weightless, both physically and mentally!

-Caroline

“I had an amazing sleep last night after our session. I am feeling more restored and ache-free today than I have in a long time.

Thank you for this thoroughly nourishing experience!

I feel very seen, very pampered and very nurtured.

-Myanna

“Thank you, Vallerie and to all of you for this lovely moment! I’m grateful for this incredible day! It was inspiring, sincere, positive and grounding 💐💕

There's a kind of exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix.

The kind that comes from holding everything together.
From being the reliable one.
From performing, even when you're tired.

At some point, something in you stops cooperating.
Not because you've failed.
Because your body can't keep living this way.

Who this is for

This Space Is For You If:

-You are tired of holding everything together

-You feel the weight of always being “on” or “reliable”

-You are running on empty. Or already past it

-You long for a space where you don’t have to perform

You don’t need to have the words

You don’t need to be ready

Just a willingness to arrive as you are

What you will experience

This is a small, intimate space designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself.

We will move through:

Gentle arrival and grounding. A gentle beginning to arrive, notice and breathe.

Movement. Slow, permission-based, non-performative movement to get in your body and out of your head.

Rest & Integration. An exhale after movement. Noticing what has shifted and how it feels.

A Short Pause. A moment to exhale, refresh and come back to each other.

A Guided Sharing Circle. A guided sharing space where you can speak if you want to or listen and feel less alone.

A simple closing with a Sound Bath: Anchoring the moments of the day together in sound and a gentle closing to end the day

No pressure to perform

No expectation to share beyond what feels right

What you may leave with

A sense of relief in your body

Clarity and a widened perspective

Feeling lighter emotionally, mentally and physically

The feeling of being seen and understood without over-explaining yourself

A sense of community

A feeling of peace and ease for being in a safe space with other women

About Vallerie

I am Vallerie Mwazo, founder of Somasana.

I am an Acupuncturist, sound practitioner, and someone who believes women are not broken.

We are conditioned. The work is remembering, not fixing.

This workshop is part of a larger body of work I hold for women reconnecting with their instinct, intuition, and inner authority.

If you've read this far, something here might be for you.

Maybe this is your sign.
